Renowned music composer Palash Muchhal is preparing to marry the talented Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana in a ceremony scheduled for later this week. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has shared his heartfelt congratulations with the couple, emphasizing the importance of companionship, stating, “May both teams triumph in the game of life.”
Palash and Smriti's relationship, forged over several years, showcases a deep connection both privately and in the public eye. The much-anticipated wedding is set for November 23, 2025, with fans eagerly counting down to the event.
In his message, PM Modi conveyed joy for the couple's upcoming journey and noted the cricket match scheduled as part of their wedding festivities. He expressed, “I am thrilled to hear about the wedding of Smriti and Palash on 23rd November 2025. Sincere congratulations and greetings to both families on this joyful occasion.”
The Prime Minister further reflected on their future together, wishing, “As they navigate life hand in hand, may they find strength in unity. May their dreams grow together, leading them toward a life filled with joy and understanding.”
PM Modi poetically associated their individual talents, stating, “As they embark on this shared journey, may Smriti's elegant cricket strokes harmonize with Palash's melodic compositions, creating an extraordinary partnership.”
With a playful nod to their nuptials, he mentioned an exciting aspect of their festivities: “I find it delightful that a Celebration Cricket Match will occur between Team Groom and Team Bride! Prior to this announcement, Smriti showcased her engagement to Palash through a lively Instagram video featuring her fellow cricketers Jemimah Rodrigues, Shreyanka Patil, Radha Yadav, and Arundhati Reddy. The video culminated with Smriti displaying her engagement ring, putting to rest any wedding speculations.
Palash, originally from Indore, had also confirmed the nuptials during a recent gathering at the State Press Club, cheekily stating, “She will soon be part of the Indore family… that's all I'll share. You have your headline.”
The couple is all set to celebrate their union on November 23, 2025, with festivities anticipated to brim with music, cricket, and joyous family moments.
