The National Insurance Company - Daman, part of PureHealth Group, the largest healthcare group in the Middle East, has won three prestigious awards in the third edition of the Nafis Programme for 2024-2025. These awards recognise Daman’s dedication to advancing Emiratisation goals and empowering national talents in the insurance sector.

First Place for Emiratisation Efforts

Daman was awarded first place in the “Efforts Supporting Emiratisation” category within the insurance sector. This recognition reflects the company’s outstanding initiatives to enhance Emirati participation in its workforce and expand employment opportunities for citizens in multiple departments and specialised positions.

Diamond Category Award for Talent Empowerment

The company also won the Diamond Category award for its exceptional commitment to empowering national staff. This award acknowledges Daman’s focus on developing Emirati employees’ skills, strengthening leadership capabilities, and positioning the company as a leading employer of Emirati talent in the private sector.

Individual Recognition for Esraa Alsaadi

In the individual category, Esraa Alsaadi, a distinguished Daman employee, secured first place in the insurance sector. She was recognised for her dedication, active contribution to Emiratisation, and efforts to enhance corporate performance, reflecting the impact of committed professionals in advancing national goals.

Leadership Comments on the Achievement

Shaista Asif, Group Chief Executive Officer of PureHealth, expressed pride in Daman’s accomplishments, noting that winning the Nafis Awards for the second consecutive year highlights the company’s success.
