Manga Productions, a subsidiary of the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk,” has entered into a licensing agreement with Masdar Al Hayat Food Industries, commonly known as Fonte. As a leading bakery manufacturer in Saudi Arabia, this partnership grants Fonte a non-exclusive license to feature characters from Manga’s acclaimed series, Asateer2: Future’s Folktales, on its products.
With this collaboration, Fonte will embed the series’ characters into the marketing, production, and distribution of its bakery goods. The characters will be displayed on product packaging, fostering a connection with consumers while enriching local offerings. This initiative is aimed at amplifying audience engagement and elevating Saudi creative content in everyday experiences.
Dr. Essam Bukhary, CEO of Manga Productions, conveyed his enthusiasm about the alliance, stating that partnering with trusted local brand Fonte will bring Manga content closer to families in Saudi Arabia. He emphasized that showcasing Asateer2: Future’s Folktales characters on various products enhances consumer experience and broadens the local and regional reach of Saudi creative content.
