CCTV footage released by the Crown Office shows a serious security incident at a Police Scotland station in Livingston. Jamie Taylor, a former soldier, is accused of hurling homemade fuel bottles, commonly called Molotov cocktails, at police vans outside the station.
The attack occurred on 30 May. One of the devices narrowly missed PC Kirsty Forsyth, who rushed outside with a fire extinguisher to contain the flames. The footage captures the tense moments as fire spread dangerously close to the police vehicles.
Authorities are treating the incident as a major criminal act. The video has drawn widespread attention across the UK, highlighting concerns over public safety and attacks on law enforcement facilities. Legal proceedings are expected as the case progresses through the courts.
