A chaotic scene erupted at Embassy Suites when part of the hotel ceiling suddenly collapsed during the morning breakfast. Water gushed into the lobby as guests scrambled to safety, and the entire incident was captured on video.

The collapse was caused by burst pipes in freezing temperatures, which led to flooding in the lobby area. Thankfully, despite the panic and damage, no injuries were reported.
