Oman Customs Seizes 5.4 kg Marijuana From Thailand-Bound Parcel

Oman Customs officials foiled a major drug smuggling attempt, seizing 5.4 kg of marijuana hidden inside food product containers in a postal parcel arriving from Thailand. The operation, carried out alongside the Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Control Team, led to the arrest of the suspect. Authorities highlighted the importance of vigilance in postal shipments and continued crackdowns on narcotics trafficking.
