Alberta 800 Ton Tank Transport Record Heaviest GVW Highways Mammoet Dacro

EDMONTON, Alberta — In a historic feat of engineering and logistics, Dacro Industries successfully transported an 800-ton Splitter Vessel EO Reactor across Alberta highways, setting a new record for the heaviest gross vehicle weight in the province.

The massive move was executed using Mammoet’s specialized heavy-haul convoy, featuring multi-axle trailers, coordinated infrastructure modifications, and extensive public safety measures including police escorts and temporary road closures. Highway reinforcements ensured the safe passage of the colossal load, showcasing precision engineering and industrial ambition at its peak.
