U.S. Vice President JD Vance says Iran has agreed to allow international nuclear inspectors back into the country after high-level talks in Switzerland. Washington is calling the move a major step toward a possible nuclear agreement, but Tehran has pushed back, saying no new commitment has been made.
Technical negotiations are expected to continue as both sides work on a wider deal covering Iran’s nuclear programme, sanctions relief, and regional stability.
