Triple Explosion Triggers Massive Fire On Russia's Dagestan Gas Pipeline

A massive fire broke out in Russia's Dagestan region after three explosions struck a major gas pipeline near the town of Kizilyurt in the North Caucasus. According to Russia's emergency authorities, the blasts occurred on a 1,200-mm trunk gas pipeline, sending huge flames and thick smoke into the sky.

Emergency response teams were quickly deployed and managed to bring the fire under control, preventing further damage. Authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the explosions, while officials continue to assess the impact on local gas infrastructure.
