Trump Urges Israel And Iran To Stop As Fresh Strikes Raise Fears Of Wider War

Middle East tensions have escalated sharply after Israel and Iran exchanged fresh attacks, raising fears of a broader regional conflict. Iran’s Revolutionary Guard claims it launched multiple missile strikes targeting Israeli military and strategic sites, while Israeli authorities reported dozens of ballistic missiles entering Israeli airspace.

In response, Israel carried out major strikes on what it described as Iranian military and defense infrastructure, with explosions reported in several cities, including Tehran, Tabriz, and Isfahan.

Amid the growing crisis, U.S. President Donald Trump has urged both sides to immediately halt hostilities, warning that continued military action could undermine diplomatic efforts and increase the risk of a wider war.

The situation has become even more complex as regional actors, including Yemen’s Houthi movement, signal support for Iran. With military operations continuing and diplomatic channels under pressure, global leaders are closely monitoring developments across the region.
