Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Chairman of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department, conducted a review of the department’s innovative archive facility, built to incorporate state-of-the-art standards.

His visit included an exploration of the various components of the land archive, where he received updates on the sophisticated systems utilized for document organization and indexing. These systems adhere to contemporary archival protocols for precise and methodical data governance.

He stressed the importance of advancing archival operations further by implementing integrated systems that align with governance benchmarks. Special emphasis was given to safeguarding information and facilitating swift access to archived data.

Sheikh Abdul Aziz commended the automated real estate archive project, underscoring its crucial role in enhancing privacy, transparency, and data preservation. He indicated that this system accelerates transactions, minimizes human error, and improves the overall quality of services.

This initiative is poised to streamline processes for both clients and personnel, significantly increasing satisfaction levels among stakeholders in the real estate industry.
