Post by : Bianca Haleem

The Emirate of Ajman recorded a total of 1,517 real estate transactions in July, with a combined value of AED1.65 billion, reflecting continued activity across the emirate's property market.

According to Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Director of the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, the total trading volume reached AED1.08 billion through 1,296 transactions.

Mortgage transactions total AED341 million

Al Shamsi said the emirate registered 138 mortgage transactions with a combined value of AED341 million during the month.

He noted that Al Jurf Industrial 1 recorded the highest-value single mortgage transaction, which was worth AED20.9 million.

Property market continues positive growth

Al Shamsi said the latest figures highlight the continued growth of Ajman's real estate sector. He added that the market is maintaining positive momentum, with strong activity across several property developments.

He said the performance has been supported by a wide range of investment opportunities and increasing direct demand for different types of properties throughout the emirate.

Ajman Uptown leads major projects

Among the major property developments, Ajman Uptown recorded the highest level of trading activity during July.

It was followed by Ajman One, while Emirates City ranked third among the most traded major projects.

Al Helio 2 tops neighbourhood transactions

Among neighbourhoods, Al Helio 2 recorded the highest number of transactions. It was followed by Al Helio 1 and Manama 14.

Meanwhile, Al Jurf Industrial 1 recorded the highest-value single sale transaction during the month at AED22.5 million.
