Aldar Achieves AED 800M in Sales for Yas Park Place Homes

Aldar Achieves AED 800M in Sales for Yas Park Place Homes

Post by : Bianca Haleem

Aldar Properties has revealed that 80% of homes at Yas Park Place, a new residential mid-rise project on Yas Island, have been sold, resulting in over AED 800 million in sales.

This impressive sales achievement was bolstered by customer engagement initiatives in several cities, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, London, Hong Kong, and Shanghai.

International buyers represented 54% of total sales, with significant interest from markets in Jordan, China, Taiwan, and the UK. UAE nationals constituted 46% of purchasers, reaffirming their trust in Aldar.

Interestingly, 83% of buyers were first-time purchasers from Aldar, which showcases the project’s broad appeal and the company's expanding consumer base. Additionally, 66% of customers were under 45 years old, indicating a surge of younger buyers.

Jonathan Emery, CEO of Aldar Development, remarked that the robust interest reflects sustained demand from both local and global investors. He emphasized that Abu Dhabi continues to be a favored long-term investment hub due to its robust market conditions.

The initial phase includes four buildings, while the remaining two will be launched in the next phase.

Yas Park Place consists of six mid-rise structures overlooking Yas Central Park, offering a variety of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with spacious two-bedroom duplexes, all set within a vibrant, green community.
