Bahrain Oil Minister Holds Talks With US Envoy

Bahrain's Minister of Oil and Environment, Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Daina, met with United States Representative to the United Nations Ambassador Michael Waltz in Manama to discuss bilateral relations and current developments affecting the global energy sector.

The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation between Bahrain and the United States while addressing issues influencing international energy markets and other topics of common interest.

According to the Bahrain News Agency (BNA), the two officials reviewed the strong and longstanding relationship between Bahrain and the United States across various areas of cooperation.

They discussed ways to further enhance ties in support of shared objectives and mutual interests. The discussions reflected the close partnership that has developed between the two countries through continued diplomatic engagement and cooperation on regional and international matters.

Bahrain and the United States have maintained extensive relations for decades, with collaboration spanning economic, security and strategic areas.
