Ajman Sees 30K Public Transport Trips in Q1 2026

The Ajman Transport Authority has documented 30,378 public transport trips in the first quarter of 2026, showcasing an upward trend in the adoption of public transport throughout the emirate. This uptick indicates increased customer satisfaction with the quality, efficiency, and reliability of transport services offered.

Engineer Sami Ali Al Jallaf, Executive Director of the Public Transport and Licensing Corporation at the Authority, highlighted that these statistics reflect ongoing assessments of operational performance and a steadfast dedication to service enhancement. He pointed out that the Authority is committed to improving efficiency while ensuring transport options align with changing customer expectations.

He added that efforts are continuously being made to boost the readiness of the public transport infrastructure and elevate the standard of services provided. These initiatives aim to facilitate seamless mobility, ensure a safe and organized travel experience, and cater to the daily transportation needs of the community.

The Authority remains focused on refining its operational strategies to adapt to the growing demands for mobility, contributing positively to the overall quality of life in Ajman.
