Iran has launched a new missile strike targeting Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia, marking a significant escalation in its retaliation against the United States. The attack comes as military tensions between Tehran and Washington continue to rise.

According to Iran's semi-official Tasnim News Agency, the missile barrage was aimed at the Saudi air base, which is considered one of the most important U.S. military facilities in the Gulf region.

The facility plays an important role in supporting U.S. military operations in the region, making it a strategic target during the ongoing conflict.

Saudi Arabia Activates Warning Systems

Following the reported missile launch, Saudi Arabia activated its early warning systems in Al Kharj and Yanbu. Warning sirens were sounded after Iranian missile launches were detected, according to the report.

The activation of the alert systems came shortly after the missiles were reportedly fired toward the military base.

Strike Comes Amid Ongoing U.S. Military Campaign

The latest missile attack took place as the United States continued its military campaign against Iran for a seventh consecutive night. The ongoing military operations began after the collapse of the peace agreement, further increasing tensions between the two countries.

Iran's latest strike represents another development in the continuing confrontation between Tehran and Washington.
