Israeli Forces Detain Key Hamas Security Figure
During a recent ground operation in Gaza City, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced the capture of a prominent Hamas security official, the head of the organization's internal security service. According to the Israeli military and Shin Bet, their units arrested the senior figure before transporting him to Israel for interrogation.
Hamas sources identified the detained individual as Moin Al-Arabeed. The Israeli government alleges that he played a significant role in upholding Hamas's authority in Gaza and in activities linked to Israeli captives.
