DOHA: Paul Kagame, the President of Rwanda, departed from Doha on Monday morning after his fruitful working visit to Qatar.
At Doha International Airport, he was seen off by HE Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Khulaifi, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, and HE Igor Marara Kayinamura, Rwanda’s Ambassador to Qatar.
This visit underscored the vital diplomatic connections and collaborative efforts existing between Rwanda and Qatar.
