Meraas Unveils AED 2.4B Contracts for The Acres Villas Initiative

A significant advancement has been made in the Meraas The Acres initiative as AED 2.4 billion in construction contracts are awarded for the latest phases of villa communities in Dubai. This development, encompassing The Acres and The Acres Estates in Dubailand, seeks to fulfill the increasing demand for premium housing among both local and global buyers.

Prominent construction firms have been contracted to oversee these ambitious projects, with United Engineering Construction assigned to The Acres, while GCC Contracting will manage The Acres Estates. Together, these efforts will result in the creation of 557 villas, featuring a variety of three- to seven-bedroom options tailored for contemporary family living.

The new phase of The Acres will comprise 371 villas offering three to five bedrooms, in addition to essential community amenities. The Acres Estates will present 186 larger residential options with five to seven bedrooms, designed for greater space and privacy. These residences are intended to be part of an upscale lifestyle community adorned with premium features.

Officials have indicated that this project underscores the robust demand for opulent villas within Dubai. The development emphasizes the integration of nature, comfort, and connectivity, with The Acres designed around lush green spaces and a central park that provides a tranquil ambiance alongside advanced amenities. The Acres Estates build on this concept, featuring spacious homes, waterfront elements, and beautifully landscaped areas, inclusive of swimmable lagoons.

Additionally, the Meraas The Acres initiative prioritizes sustainability. It has earned LEED Gold certification, reflecting its commitment to eco-conscious design and resource optimization.
