Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has opened a brand-new centre for driver training and licensing. This new centre is located in Al Rowaiyah 3, in Sector No. 5. It is operated by the First Driving Centre and will help people in that area get easy access to driving services.

Making Driving Services More Accessible for Everyone

This new centre is part of RTA’s plan to make services available to all residents, no matter where they live in Dubai. The goal is to make it easier for people to get trained, tested, and licensed without having to travel far.

Dubai Now Has 28 Locations for Driving Services

With this new centre, the total number of RTA driver licensing locations in Dubai has reached 28. This means more options for residents and less crowding at existing centres. It’s a big step in improving public convenience.

Centre Offers Complete Driving Services

The First Driving Centre at Al Rowaiyah 3 provides all the necessary services for people who want to drive. These services include opening a traffic file, attending theory classes, and taking both theoretical and practical driving tests.

Services Available for All Vehicle Types

Right now, the centre provides training and licensing services for motorcycles and light vehicles. This includes both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Soon, the centre will also offer services for heavy vehicles, buses, and mechanical equipment.

Why This New Centre is Important

Dubai’s population is growing, and more people are applying for driving licences. By opening new centres like this, RTA is helping to reduce waiting times and make the process smoother for everyone.

Designed to Be Modern and Comfortable

RTA worked with the First Driving Centre’s owners to design this facility. The new centre has a fresh identity and is built to meet modern expectations in terms of design and comfort.

Focus on Quality and Customer Experience

This centre is not just about passing driving tests. It’s also about giving people a good experience from the start to the end of their journey. The staff are trained to help customers clearly and professionally.

High Standards in Equipment and Training

The training vehicles and facilities are modern and kept in good condition. Customers can expect high-quality instruction and proper support while learning how to drive.

Convenient Timings for Busy Schedules

The centre’s working hours are set to make it easier for people with busy lives. It is open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM from Monday to Thursday.

Friday Timings with a Midday Break

On Fridays, the centre opens in two shifts. The morning shift runs from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and the afternoon shift runs from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This allows flexibility for Friday prayers and lunch.

Saturday Open, Sunday Closed Except for Training

The centre is open on Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. On Sundays, the centre is generally closed, but some scheduled practical training sessions may still be held.

Helping Nearby Communities Get Easier Access

People living in and around Al Rowaiyah 3 can now visit a nearby centre instead of travelling to other parts of Dubai. This saves time, money, and effort, especially for those with tight work schedules.

Part of Dubai’s Vision for Better Public Services

This new centre supports Dubai’s long-term vision of improving public services and becoming one of the world’s smartest cities. RTA is committed to making life easier for its residents.

Making Driving Safer and Smarter

Having more trained drivers means safer roads. This new centre helps people become responsible drivers by offering good-quality education, tests, and feedback.

Benefits for Workers and Professionals

Workers in construction, delivery, logistics, and transportation will especially benefit. Soon, they will be able to apply for heavy vehicle licences at the same location.

Faster Services and Reduced Waiting Time

With more service locations like this, the number of people at each centre goes down. This means shorter waiting times for theory classes, driving tests, and licence issuance.

Trained Staff to Guide New Drivers

The centre has professional trainers and customer service staff to help people understand every step — from opening a traffic file to passing the road test.

Safe, Clean, and Professional Environment

The centre is kept clean and well-organized. There are separate areas for different services, and signs guide people clearly. This helps make the process stress-free and easy to follow.

Support for All Age Groups and Genders

Whether you're a young adult applying for your first licence or someone older looking to switch to a Dubai licence, this centre welcomes everyone. It also supports training for both men and women.

A Step Toward Smarter Mobility in Dubai

This initiative is part of Dubai’s larger plan to improve its transport systems. The idea is to build smarter mobility solutions and make driving safer and more efficient for all residents.

A Big Plus for Dubai Residents

In short, the opening of the First Driving Centre at Al Rowaiyah 3 is a great move by the RTA. It brings important services closer to people and makes the whole process of getting a driving licence easier, faster, and more comfortable.

Whether you’re learning to drive a car, a motorbike, or soon even a truck or bus, this new centre has everything you need. It’s a big step forward in making Dubai’s transport services truly world-class.
