Saudi Arabia is set to host one of the world's leading security and technology gatherings later this year as Riyadh prepares to welcome the Global Security and Technology Summit (GSTS) from December 18 to 20, 2026. The event will be organized by the Ministry of Interior in partnership with Tuwaiq Academy under the patronage of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
The summit is expected to attract government officials, technology leaders, cybersecurity experts, researchers and innovators from around the world. With prize money totaling SAR 5 million, the competition is expected to attract innovators, startups, researchers and technology entrepreneurs from across the world. Organizers hope the initiative will accelerate the development of next-generation security technologies and support emerging talent.
