The initiative is intended to make continuing education more accessible to people working in architecture and design.
The new platform will serve as a source of updated knowledge and professional standards for the sector.
The commission said the initiative is expected to support innovation and contribute to improving the quality of architectural and design work in the Kingdom.
It also aims to help professionals strengthen their expertise and improve their competitiveness in an increasingly technology-driven global industry.
The learning platform covers a broad selection of subjects related to modern architecture and design.
Training areas include design excellence and innovation, cultural heritage and conservation, sustainability, social impact and community engagement, inclusive environments and business practices.
The courses also cover technology applications in architecture and design, documentation and archiving, contemporary design and other professional areas.
Architecture and Design Commission CEO Prince Nawaf bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf described the launch as an important step toward building an integrated knowledge system for the sector.
He said the platform will support the development of national talent in architecture and design and help create new opportunities for professionals to strengthen their knowledge and skills.
The commission also highlighted the role of partnerships with leading local and international institutions in maintaining the quality of the training programs.
The Professional Learning and Development Platform has been launched in collaboration with the National Center for E-Learning through its e-learning platform, FutureX.
The partnership connects the commission's specialist architecture and design training with an established digital learning environment.
The initiative reflects Saudi Arabia's broader focus on digital education, professional development and the development of specialized national skills.
