Shah Rukh Khan’s Humility Shines During Mannat Renovation, Says Landlord

Post by : Raina Al-Fahim

Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan is captivating fans anew, not just through cinema but also via his humble demeanor. While his renowned residence Mannat undergoes renovations, the star has relocated with his family to a nearby apartment.

Currently, Shah Rukh Khan resides in the luxury complex Puja Casa, managed by film producer Vashu Bhagnani and his son, Jackky Bhagnani, who have kindly leased the property to the actor for three years.

In a recent chat, Jackky praised Shah Rukh's humility and gracious approach. Despite being one of the globe's top stars, Shah Rukh engages everyone respectfully, making a significant effort to acknowledge each person he meets.

He also mentioned that Shah Rukh takes the time to personally escort guests during their visits, reflecting his grounded character. Contrary to popular expectations of big celebrities, Shah Rukh Khan stands out for his considerate attitude.

The shift to an apartment occurred in 2025 as renovation projects began at Mannat, a heritage site where any alteration requires special clearance. Expansion work is in progress and could last up to two years.

Presently, Shah Rukh Khan and his family occupy several floors of the apartment building, accompanied by her staff and security team. Though smaller than Mannat, the space has been effectively adapted to suit their requirements.

This narrative showcases how Shah Rukh Khan not only impresses with his achievements but also maintains a down-to-earth and respectful personality, even as he temporarily leaves his iconic abode.
