He emphasized the necessity of integrating knowledge with practical application, asserting that education gains significance when utilized within professional contexts to benefit society and the nation’s progress.

The President of the University of Sharjah underlined the institution's esteemed academic standing, noting its continuous ascent in international rankings and its appeal to prospective students, with an enrollment of 21,183 including 5,800 new students this year.

He also spoke of the university's robust academic framework, showcasing 158 study programs, a culturally rich community comprising 111 nationalities, and a dedicated emphasis on research, innovation, and leadership training.

Moreover, he acknowledged the university's faculty and staff for their commitment to guiding students throughout their educational journeys.

In closing, he urged the graduates to engage proactively in their communities, asserting that genuine success stems not only from knowledge but also from service, dedication, and meaningful impact.

The ceremony commenced with the UAE national anthem, accompanied by a reading from the Quran. There were speeches from Professor Dr. Issam Al-Din Ibrahim Ajami, Chancellor of the University of Sharjah, and a representative of the graduates, Sheikh Rashid bin Saqr Al Qasimi.
