After an illustrious career of 27 years, Indian-American astronaut Sunita Williams has officially announced her retirement from NASA. Throughout her tenure, she embarked on three major space missions and accumulated an impressive 608 days in orbit, positioning her as one of the most experienced astronauts in history.
