Taif Airport Extends Warm Welcome to Hajj Pilgrims

Post by : Bianca Haleem

As part of Saudi Arabia’s initiative for the 1447 AH Hajj season, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has launched a special reception program for pilgrims arriving at Taif International Airport.

On their arrival, pilgrims were greeted with flowers and gifts, embodying Saudi Arabia's renowned hospitality and the commitment to provide comfort from the start of their pilgrimage.

This welcoming initiative includes a variety of awareness and guidance services, supported by a team of qualified scholars and translators. Ministry personnel are also distributing informative brochures in multiple languages, enhancing pilgrims’ understanding of the Hajj rituals and guidelines.

Moreover, pilgrims are being trained to use digital applications that offer easy access to vital religious information and instructions, ensuring that their Hajj experience is smooth and well-informed.

Many pilgrims arriving at the airport expressed their gratitude for the warm welcome and the well-organized services made available, commending the government's efforts to facilitate a safe and fulfilling Hajj journey.
