Team Abu Dhabi Kicks Off F1H2O Season in Cagliari, Italy

Team Abu Dhabi is poised to participate in the inaugural round of the UIM F1H2O World Championship, taking place in Cagliari, Italy, from May 29 to May 31.

The team, consisting of three boats, will see action with Emirati racer Rashid Al Qemzi alongside Swedish competitors Jonas Andersson and Erik Stark. Their involvement underscores Team Abu Dhabi's prominence among the elite powerboat racing teams worldwide.

In advance of this season's kickoff, the team has successfully completed an exhaustive training camp in Italy, concentrating on optimizing performance, ensuring technical precision, and preparing both the drivers and boats for the demanding competition anticipated in this opening round.

As they embark on a new season, Team Abu Dhabi aims to uphold its reputation for excellence on the international stage. The seasoned drivers, cutting-edge technical configurations, and a record of success in global competitions strengthen the team's ambitions.

The Cagliari round will include free practice sessions, official qualifying rounds, and the main race itself. The event promises participation from numerous past world champions and top-tier international Formula 1 powerboat racers, setting the stage for a fiercely contested season opener.
