Enhancing Economic Cooperation: Discussions Between UAE and Türkiye Leaders

In a recent phone call, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan engaged in talks aimed at enhancing bilateral relations between the UAE and Türkiye.

The focus of their discussion was on advancing cooperation through the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), emphasizing the importance of economic and developmental collaboration.

During the conversation, both leaders reiterated their intentions to fortify relations between the UAE and Türkiye, especially in vital sectors like trade, investment, and development.

They also touched on the UAE's involvement in SAHA Expo 2026 in Istanbul, which promises to be a pivotal event for fostering international collaboration in defense and aerospace.

Moreover, the leaders exchanged insights on regional dynamics in the Middle East and their implications for both regional and global security and stability.
