UAE Denounces Smara Terror Attack; Upholds Moroccan Sovereignty

The United Arab Emirates has expressed its deep condemnation of the terrorist incident that struck Smara, Morocco, resulting in one individual sustaining injuries.

Through an official release, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs articulated its strong disapproval of these violent acts. The ministry reiterated the nation’s staunch rejection of all manifestations of violence, extremism, and terrorism that threaten security and stability.

Additionally, the Ministry highlighted the UAE’s unwavering solidarity and support for Morocco, underscoring respect for the nation’s legitimate sovereign rights over the Moroccan Sahara.

The UAE reaffirmed its dedication to backing all initiatives aimed at ensuring Morocco’s security, stability, sovereignty, and territorial integrity. The emphasis was placed on how such efforts are crucial for fostering peace, stability, and sustainable development throughout the region.
