His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum presided over the graduation ceremony for the 2025 cohort of the UAE Government Leaders Programme at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi. This event underscored the UAE’s commitment to cultivating future-ready leaders equipped to navigate technological advancements and global transformations.
In attendance were several prominent UAE figures including Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The assembly showcased the leadership's dedication to enhancing government efficiency and preparing national talent for upcoming challenges.
The graduates represented multiple sectors, comprising individuals from federal and local government agencies, as well as private sectors. Launched in 2008, the UAE Government Leaders Programme stands as one of the most pivotal initiatives for leadership training in the country. Over 770 leaders have graduated since its inception, contributing significantly to innovation, policy enhancement, and institutional development across the UAE.
The graduation ceremony reaffirmed the UAE’s ongoing dedication to investing in human resources and fostering a leadership ethos centered around innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness on the global stage.
