UAE Dispatches 100 Tonnes of Emergency Supplies to Gaza Before Eid

A humanitarian aid flight has taken off from Al Maktoum International Airport, heading to Egypt’s Al Arish, as part of the UAE's dedicated efforts to assist those impacted by the ongoing crisis in Gaza.

This initiative is part of Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, a major campaign by the UAE aimed at delivering humanitarian aid to Palestinians in Gaza.

Officials report that the aircraft is transporting 100 tonnes of critical supplies. These include medical equipment, children's nutritional support, and Eid clothing for families facing hardships.

The operation is being conducted in partnership with Emirates Red Crescent, the International Charity Organisation, and Dar Al Ber Society.

Since its inception in November 2023, Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 has provided over 123,000 tonnes of aid to Gaza, following the directives of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

UAE officials emphasized that this initiative underscores the nation’s unwavering commitment to offer humanitarian assistance and urgent relief to communities grappling with crises worldwide.
