Post by : Bianca Haleem

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), alongside the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), has revealed that UFC Fight Night will return to Abu Dhabi on July 25, 2026. The exciting event is set to unfold at the Etihad Arena on Yas Island.

Details regarding the fight card are anticipated to be announced in the upcoming weeks. Fans can look forward to an electrifying evening of competition as Abu Dhabi continues to be a premier venue for high-profile mixed martial arts events worldwide.

This forthcoming Fight Night further solidifies the enduring collaboration between UFC and Abu Dhabi, which has flourished since 2010. Over the years, the emirate has emerged as a key location for major UFC events globally.

During the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Abu Dhabi garnered international acclaim by successfully hosting UFC Fight Island events. The emirate has consistently attracted significant UFC fights featuring some of the sport’s top talents.

Last year, UFC Fight Night: Whittaker vs. De Ridder captivated a sold-out crowd at Etihad Arena, showcasing a middleweight main event that thrilled fans. Later, in October, UFC 321: Aspinall vs. Gane delivered an explosive heavyweight clash during the Abu Dhabi Showdown Week.

With the collaboration with DCT Abu Dhabi, UFC is poised to broaden its global footprint, bringing premier sporting spectacles to fans everywhere. These events also bolster tourism and contribute positively to the cultural and economic landscape of the region.

Tickets for the UFC Fight Night in Abu Dhabi will soon be up for grabs. Interested fans can register at Visit Abu Dhabi for early ticket access and exclusive hotel and travel deals.
