General Secretary and President To Lam, along with senior leaders, paid their respects to President Ho Chi Minh by laying wreaths at the Ho Chi Minh Monument Park on Wednesday. This ceremony commemorated the 50th anniversary of Saigon-Gia Dinh's renaming to Ho Chi Minh City.
