Abu Dhabi, 6 November 2025 – ADNOC Logistics & Services plc (ADNOC L&S) will be included in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, the benchmark used by many institutional investors to track large- and mid-cap companies across 24 emerging markets. The change takes effect on 25 November 2025 and marks a significant advance in the company's international capital markets presence.
The move follows ADNOC L&S's August secondary placement, which raised $317 million (AED1.16 billion) and lifted the free float to roughly 22%, while boosting average daily trading volumes about fourfold. The sale was around seven times oversubscribed and was priced at AED5.25 per share, implying a tight 3.33% discount — among the narrowest seen for a regional secondary offering.
Broker projections indicate MSCI inclusion could draw in in excess of $200 million (AED734 million) in passive inflows, improving liquidity and widening international investor access. The listing places ADNOC L&S alongside ADNOC Distribution, ADNOC Drilling and ADNOC Gas within the ADNOC Group's representation in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index.
Since its initial public offering, ADNOC L&S has returned close to 200% to shareholders, supported by steady revenue growth and rising EBITDA. All 18 analysts covering the stock maintain Buy ratings, underscoring broad market confidence in the company's strategic direction and performance.
The MSCI addition is expected to raise ADNOC L&S's visibility with global investors and support its ongoing transformation into a leading energy maritime logistics operator.
