Ajman: Ajman’s real estate sector has witnessed significant growth in the first quarter of 2026, with licence transactions increasing by 25%, according to senior officials.
His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department, revealed that a total of 1,163 real estate licence transactions were recorded during this period.
The data shows that 305 real estate practice cards were issued, marking a 24% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Additionally, 453 cards were renewed, reflecting a strong 76% growth, highlighting growing investor confidence and the commitment of entrepreneurs to continue their operations in the emirate.
The report also highlighted the diversity of transactions, which included developer registration certificates, real estate office registrations, advertising permits, and renewal services. Notably, registration certificate renewals recorded a 13% growth.
Officials stated that these positive figures underline Ajman’s strong and efficient business environment. The emirate continues to strengthen its position as a leading investment destination, supported by flexible policies designed to attract entrepreneurs.
The government’s focus on providing a secure and well-regulated environment, aligned with sustainable development goals, is playing a key role in driving this growth and boosting investor trust.
