On Wednesday, the United States marked the beginning of its 250th anniversary celebrations with an impressive military flyover over Washington, DC. A B-2 Spirit stealth bomber, along with four F-35 fighter jets, soared over the National Mall, inaugurating a series of nationwide commemorative events.

This ceremonial flyover was the official kickoff for the Great American State Fair, which will unfold over 16 days from June 25 to July 10. This event highlights a variety of exhibits from all 56 U.S. states and territories, celebrating the rich history, culture, and diversity of the nation.

Visitors attending the Great American State Fair can enjoy an array of attractions including regional cuisine, live shows, themed pavilions, and cultural programs that showcase the unique traditions from each participating state and territory.
