DMCC, in partnership with leading Dubai real estate developer Sweid & Sweid, has announced the launch of BAY360, a new mixed-use lifestyle destination in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT). The project aims to strengthen community living by offering essential services, leisure spaces, and improved connectivity.
Designed as a neighbourhood and community hub, BAY360 will bring together daily conveniences such as retail outlets, restaurants, wellness facilities, and recreational spaces. The development is part of DMCC’s broader plan to upgrade shared areas across JLT and enhance the district’s overall liveability and accessibility.
BAY360 will be developed on a small portion of Lake D, while most of the lake will remain intact to preserve JLT’s waterfront identity. The architectural design focuses on blending with the lakeside environment, encouraging pedestrian movement and creating an active public space without disturbing the open character of the area.
A key feature of BAY360 will be a 22,000-square-foot Spinneys supermarket, offering residents a modern grocery shopping experience. The development will also include cafés and restaurants, some with lake-facing outdoor terraces, along with medical facilities, lifestyle retail stores, rooftop padel courts, and family-friendly outdoor spaces. An underground parking facility with around 300 parking spaces will support the increased visitor flow.
In addition to the main development, DMCC and Sweid & Sweid will carry out major upgrades around Lake D. These include a redesigned pedestrian avenue providing a clear and direct route from the metro station across the lake, better connections between JLT clusters, and improved access to JLT Park. The lake edges will also be enhanced with more greenery, seating areas, and walking paths.
Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman and CEO of DMCC, said the project reflects DMCC’s long-term commitment to improving JLT’s quality, connectivity, and community experience. He added that BAY360 will play a key role in positioning JLT as one of Dubai’s most attractive and sustainable neighbourhoods.
Maher Sweid, Managing Partner of Sweid & Sweid, said BAY360 marks the company’s third project in JLT, following Banyan Tree Residences and Sweid One. He noted that the project demonstrates their strong belief in JLT’s future and will provide residents with easy access to high-quality dining, shopping, and convenience facilities. BAY360 is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
