In the lead-up to the Johor state election, Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate Mohd Yusla Ismail has committed to advancing essential long-term development projects if re-elected for the Senggarang state seat. He mentioned that several promising locations in Senggarang have been earmarked for future RMMJ developments. This initiative aims to alleviate the financial pressure experienced by newlyweds and young families who currently rely on renting or living with relatives.

The Senggarang state seat will host a three-way contest in the upcoming Johor state election, with Mohd Yusla Ismail from Barisan Nasional facing off against Onn Abu Bakar from Pakatan Harapan and Datuk Mohd Rashid Hasnon from Perikatan Nasional.

Voting is set for July 11, with early voting occurring on July 7. All candidates are actively campaigning across the constituency, aiming to share their development plans with voters.
