Beijing has confirmed its intention to soon disclose more information about the extradition of Chen Zhi from Cambodia. This statement arrives amid global scrutiny over the case, though Chinese officials have not yet clarified Chen Zhi's current location or confirmed his identity as the same person recently sanctioned by the U.S. and U.K.

Chen Zhi stands accused of running extensive online fraud operations, activities that have sparked international condemnation. Mao Ning, a representative of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, remarked that relevant authorities in China are preparing to share further updates regarding the matter.
