The Dubai Land Department (DLD), in conjunction with Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), has initiated a developer meeting as part of the Emirati Real Estate Business Incubator Programme. This crucial initiative aims to bolster the participation of Emirati talent in Dubai’s real estate market.

The Emirati Real Estate Business Incubator is an integral part of the national vision titled “The Emirates: The Startup Capital of the World”, under the auspices of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. It involves collaboration with Dubai Silicon Oasis, the New Economy Academy, and Rochester Institute of Technology Dubai (RIT Dubai), creating a cohesive training framework to innovate future real estate brokers and entrepreneurs.
