DP World has successfully secured AED 854 million in investments within the Jebel Ali Free Zone during the initial four months of 2026, showcasing robust investor optimism in Dubai’s top-tier trade and industrial hub.
These investments, made by various businesses operating in Jafza, aim at expanding and enhancing facilities in critical sectors, including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, food production, vehicle handling, and heavy equipment trading.
Recent data reveals that over 43 percent of total investment commitments were finalized in March and April, indicating ongoing growth momentum in the free zone.
The latest investments comprise:
Jafza hosts over 12,000 businesses and continues to be a vital contributor to Dubai’s trade and industrial advancement. Its strategic proximity to Jebel Ali Port, coupled with access to sea, air, and land transport networks, ensures companies benefit from enhanced regional and global connectivity across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.
Abdulla Al Hashmi, Global Chief Operating Officer of Parks and Economic Zones at DP World, emphasized that these recent investments reflect companies’ focus on growth and resilience.
He noted that numerous global firms are selecting Dubai as a stable base for their operations in the region and worldwide, thanks to its strong infrastructure and dependable trade ecosystem.
Al Hashmi concluded by stating that DP World will persist in enhancing its infrastructure and operational capabilities to accommodate increasing customer demand and offer long-lasting value.
