Following the directives of Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has commenced the distribution of the largest batch of newly constructed residences to UAE citizens.
This housing allocation is part of the Year of the Family 2026 initiative, emphasizing Dubai's continuous commitment to enhancing the quality of life for its residents. A total of 830 homes, with a worth of AED1.6 billion, are being allocated across the Al Aweer and Wadi Al Amardi projects.
Innovative and Transparent Allocation System
MBRHE employs cutting-edge smart technologies to facilitate a seamless and transparent allocation process. Beneficiaries can reserve their homes via the DubaiNow app.
Eligible citizens will receive calls from the MBRHE's call center, inviting them to visit allocation centers on-site. These centers are accessible:

According to MBRHE CEO Mohammad Hassan AlShehhi, this system facilitates efficiency, governance, and convenience for all involved.
