A collaboration has been initiated between Dubai Chambers and Keeta through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Dubai, enhancing their access to the marketplace.
This alliance strives to reinforce Dubai's status as a leading center for entrepreneurship and digital innovation, providing SMEs with the resources to widen their customer outreach and enhance business efficiency via technology-driven solutions.
As part of the agreement, member businesses of Dubai Chambers will enjoy numerous advantages on the Keeta platform, including exclusive commercial deals, expedited onboarding processes, elevated app visibility, and specialized training programs. The training will emphasize areas such as menu optimization, pricing strategies, and excellence in delivery services to elevate customer experiences and foster sustainable growth.
A special badge labeled “Dubai Chambers SME” will also be launched on the Keeta platform, aimed at enhancing brand awareness for participating companies and facilitating easier discovery of local and homegrown brands by customers.
Khalid AlJarwan expressed Dubai Chambers' ongoing dedication to equipping SMEs with essential tools and opportunities necessary for navigating the evolving business landscape. He emphasized that this partnership with Keeta will aid entrepreneurs in expanding their market footprint, enhancing customer interactions, and escalating business development within Dubai’s diverse economy.
Lucas Xie pointed out the pivotal role technology plays in enabling entrepreneurs to adapt and flourish. He highlighted that SMEs are vital to Dubai's economic framework and stated that this partnership would link local businesses to increased visibility, operational support, and scalable growth prospects.
The collaboration aligns with Dubai's broader initiative to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and a digitally prepared economy, while underlining the crucial influence of SMEs in driving economic progression and community enhancement.
