Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Mohammed, the Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, convened a significant meeting with Cho Sunghae, the CEO of Galaxy ME and Co-Founder of Galaxy Corporation, to explore collaborative opportunities in the realm of digital media and advanced technologies.

During the discussions, both parties examined potential strategic partnerships focused on artificial intelligence, robotics, and interactive digital media. There was a concerted effort to identify ways to accelerate innovation within Dubai's vibrant media and creative sectors.

His Highness reiterated Dubai's dedication to collaborating with leading global players in technology and media, emphasizing the emirate's rapid evolution into a premier hub for content creation infused with cutting-edge technology like artificial intelligence.

He also underscored the importance of forming strategic alliances with international industry giants, which are crucial for fostering innovation, enhancing the competitive landscape, and unlocking growth avenues within Dubai's media and entertainment sphere.

The meeting included insights into Galaxy Corporation's operational model as one of South Korea's burgeoning entertainment and tech enterprises. Discussions also covered the potential for AI-centric content innovation, the cultivation of digital talent, and the establishment of knowledge-sharing initiatives.

These endeavors are anticipated to align with Dubai's overarching vision of fostering a robust innovation ecosystem and solidifying its status as a preferred locale for global media and technology firms.

Senior personnel from Dubai’s media, economic development, and tourism sectors were present at the meeting, reflecting the emirate's cohesive strategy towards enhancing its global creative economy.
