Dubai Unveils ‘Win Your Home’ Campaign Offering Free Apartments

Post by : Bianca Haleem

Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, along with Dubai Chambers, has introduced an exciting new campaign named ‘Win Your Home in Dubai’. This initiative offers both residents and visitors the opportunity to win apartments by shopping at participating retail outlets throughout the city.

Running for a period of 12 weeks from 22 May to 30 August 2026, the campaign aims to bolster Dubai’s retail sector while showcasing the city as an ideal destination for living, investing, and planning for the future.

Eligible shoppers aged 18 and over can enter the prize draws by spending AED 500 at any participating store. More than 1,000 brands and over 3,500 retail locations in Dubai are involved in this initiative.

The campaign aligns with significant shopping events such as Eid Al Adha, 3 Day Super Sale, and Dubai Summer Surprises, offering shoppers extra discounts and promotions while they participate in the prize draws.

In collaboration with Binghatti Developers, the campaign will feature a total of 12 residential units, including 11 studio apartments and one two-bedroom apartment.

A studio apartment will be awarded each week, and the two-bedroom apartment will be the grand prize in the final week of the campaign.

To be eligible for the competition, shoppers must:

  • Spend AED 500 at a participating retail outlet
  • Scan the QR code found on official campaign materials
  • Upload the purchase receipt to confirm their entry

Every additional AED 500 spent grants participants another entry, enhancing their chances of winning. Entries submitted earlier will remain eligible for future weekly draws, including the final grand prize draw.

Officials stated that this campaign is a testament to the robust collaboration between public and private sectors. It is anticipated to elevate retail activity, enhance consumer confidence, and contribute to economic growth within Dubai.

Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of DFRE, remarked that this initiative embodies Dubai’s vision of assisting individuals in building their future while engaging with its dynamic retail sector.

Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, underscored that the retail sector is a crucial component of the emirate’s economy and global appeal.

Muhammad BinGhatti, Chairman of Binghatti Developers, emphasized that owning a home in Dubai symbolizes long-term stability and opportunity, highlighting how this campaign enables more people to participate in Dubai’s growth narrative.
