In a momentous event under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, PureHealth has launched the Emirati Women Chapter (EWC) 2026 in Abu Dhabi. The inauguration took place at Yas Marina, welcoming a diverse group of 120 participants.
Organized in collaboration with the General Women’s Union and the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, the event showcased the UAE's unwavering dedication to empowering women and their significant role in the nation's growth.
This year’s edition marks a notable increase, with participation rising more than 94 percent compared to the previous cycle. Approximately 75 percent of attendees hail from external organizations, representing over 25 entities.
The nine-month initiative emphasizes leadership enhancement via mentorship, personalized coaching, and immersive learning experiences. It aims to arm Emirati women with the essential skills and insights necessary for positive community and workplace impacts.
Officials remarked that this initiative aligns with the vision of amplifying women’s capabilities, broadening their roles across various sectors. The program further encourages participants to draw from the wisdom of accomplished female leaders, bolstering their confidence and leadership skills.
Since its inception in 2024, the Emirati Women Chapter has evolved into a significant national platform, aiding women at various stages of their careers while advocating for inclusiveness. The 2025 program introduced a dedicated track for senior Emirati women and broadened opportunities for People of Determination.
This initiative is pivotal in promoting women’s leadership and a vital contributor to sustainable social and economic advancement throughout the UAE.
