This partnership follows a successful pilot scheme at City Walk, Dubai, where an integrated barrierless parking system is now functioning effectively. Both organizations have recognized a promising pipeline for over 60,000 parking spaces across the UAE for future development, motivated by the demand for swift and seamless parking experiences.

Currently, Parkin oversees around 229,000 paid parking spaces in Dubai, operating under a long-term concession model that facilitated over 70 million transactions just in the first half of 2025. The company plays a crucial part in Dubai's burgeoning digital mobility framework.

Secure Parking contributes more than two decades of UAE experience, managing over 1.2 million parking spaces across 13 nations. This partnership synergizes Parkin's vast digital infrastructure with Secure Parking’s extensive know-how in advanced parking systems.

City Walk showcases a leading example of barrierless parking functionality. Utilizing vehicle recognition technology and digital payment solutions, it removes customary entry barriers, thus enhancing traffic flow and user convenience.

Drivers enjoy real-time confirmations, clear tariff structures, SMS alerts, and designated payment grace periods, ensuring a hassle-free and compliant parking process.

Expanding Valet Services and Digital Integration

In addition to traditional parking, this collaboration will extend to valet services. Users can efficiently pay for valet through the Parkin app and digital wallet, establishing a cohesive payment structure.

Secure Parking will oversee designated Parkin-branded valet services, implementing international standards to enhance customer experiences across the UAE.
