Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) said on Tuesday (July 21) that it carried out a cruise missile strike on Amazon's data infrastructure in Bahrain. The claim was reported by Iran's Fars News Agency, which is affiliated with the IRGC.

According to the report, several cruise missiles were launched at the data centre. The agency stated that the attack destroyed the facility.

US-Iran Military Confrontation Continues

Direct military clashes between the United States and Iran have continued for the tenth consecutive day, even as diplomatic contacts have taken place from time to time.

Iran has warned that it will target facilities and infrastructure in regional countries if they are made available to or used by US forces.

The United States has said its military operations are intended to "degrade Iranian capabilities used to attack commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz," one of the world's most important maritime shipping routes.
