Lava has unveiled the Shark 2 4G in India, priced at Rs 6,999. Aimed at cost-conscious buyers, the phone brings a larger 6.75-inch HD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother animation and scrolling.
Under the hood is an octa-core UNISOC T7250 chip paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Users can expand storage via microSD card, making the device suitable for everyday multitasking and media use.
Camera and Display
The rear camera setup centers on a 50MP AI sensor designed to produce detailed photos across lighting conditions. For selfies and video calls, there is an 8MP front camera positioned inside a display notch.
Battery and Durability
The Shark 2 4G packs a 5000mAh battery and supports 18W wired charging over USB Type-C; the box includes a 10W charger. The handset carries an IP54 rating for protection against dust and light water splashes.
Other Features
Other specifications include dual 4G SIM capability, Auto Call Recording, and Android 15 with one promised OS upgrade plus two years of security updates. The phone is offered in Eclipse Grey and Aurora Gold and will roll out through select retailers this month.
