Qatar Weather Forecast for Wednesday
Qatar is expected to experience hot to very hot weather on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, according to the country's Department of Meteorology. The forecast covers both inshore and offshore areas.
The weather in coastal and inshore areas may begin with misty conditions in some locations during the early morning. Visibility could temporarily fall to 3 kilometres or less in some places before improving later in the day.
Hot to Very Hot Conditions During the Day
As the day progresses, temperatures are expected to become hot to very hot across Qatar. The meteorological department has also forecast a weak chance of local rainy clouds in some areas.
Residents and visitors may experience uncomfortable outdoor conditions during the hottest part of the day. People spending extended periods outdoors should remain cautious because of the high heat.
Humid Weather Expected at Night
Humidity is expected to increase during the night, adding to the discomfort caused by the warm conditions. Offshore areas may also experience humid conditions at times.

The combination of high temperatures and humidity can make conditions feel hotter than the actual air temperature, particularly in coastal areas.
Winds Across Qatar
Winds in inshore areas are expected to be variable at first before becoming mainly northeasterly to southeasterly, with speeds between 4 and 14 knots.
Offshore winds will also be variable and mainly northeasterly to southeasterly, with speeds ranging from 3 to 13 knots.
Sea Conditions and Visibility
The Department of Meteorology expects sea heights of around 1 to 2 feet inshore and 1 to 3 feet offshore.
Inshore visibility is forecast at 4 to 9 kilometres, although it could fall to 3 kilometres or less in some areas during the early mist. Offshore visibility is expected to remain between 4 and 9 kilometres.
